Enrollment Registration Form

Continuing Education offers two ways for ACCESS, Online Credit, and Evening Credit students to submit an enrollment application.

New Students, Former CU Boulder Graduates, and Nondegree Students

New students to the university, former CU Boulder students who have graduated, or nondegree students who have been away from the university for a year or more should fill out the online application or download the fillable Enrollment Registration PDF.

Former CU Degree Students Who Have Not Completed Their Degree

If more than 12 months has passed since you enrolled in a CU Boulder course but you were previously admitted to a CU Boulder degree program, download the fillable Enrollment Registration PDF and fax, mail, or deliver it in person to:
