Job Summary
The Division of Continuing Education hires temporary faculty for the fall, spring and summer semesters with the working title of Lecturer (Job code 1419) and Faculty retiree (Job codes 1620 — Working PERA Retiree — Faculty and 1621 — Working ORP Retiree — Faculty) for the programs listed below.

These appointments are temporary in nature and for one semester only.
Benefits
Temporary faculty (Lecturer) appointments are eligible for accrued sick time. Sick time is earned on a prorated basis, and is calculated at 24 hours of accrued sick time per academic term for full time (100%) appointments or a combination of appointments during the same term of employment.
A combination of appointments of 50% or above for a semester may be eligible for health benefits.
