Returning Degree-Seeking Students

Complete Your CU Boulder Degree

Your degree is closer than you think. To get started, please complete our Readmission Application and make an appointment with a Continuing Education academic advisor.

Start Planning

The earlier you connect with Continuing Education, the sooner we can process your readmission application and work with you to develop a plan for re-enrollment.

CE Online Courses

CE Online Credit courses are a great option for students who require more flexibility in their education or are no longer living in the Boulder community.

Transfer Credits

You may consider completing some of your remaining requirements at another institution and transferring the credit; however, please note that only CU Boulder course grades are calculated into your GPA. If you decide to take classes at another institution, make sure you check Transferology first to ensure the class will transfer to CU Boulder. Your Continuing Education advisor can help you navigate this process.

Who is My Advisor?

A Continuing Education advisor can help you determine the best point of contact in your former school or college to answer your questions about completing your degree, and can serve as supplemental support once you connect with your departmental advisor. Your departmental advisor will become your main point of contact to answer any questions about course work and graduation requirements.

CU Complete

Continuing Education offers a degree completion scholarship program to help eligible students finish their undergraduate degrees. The CU Complete team provides wrap-around support services to help participants identify remaining course requirements and pathways to graduation, as well as holistic academic, career and financial assistance.
