What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

These appointments are temporary in nature and for one semester only.

What We Can Offer

Level A

Lecturers teaching for Level A can expect a starting compensation of $5,000 for teaching a 3-credit hour course (25% time).

Level B

Lecturers teaching for Level B can expect a starting compensation of $5,300 for teaching a 3-credit hour course (25% time).

Level C

Lecturers teaching for Level C can expect a starting compensation of $6,350 for teaching a 3-credit hour course (25% time).

ATOC EBIO ENVS (NS Courses)

Compensation is prorated for courses less than or more than 3 credits.

Benefits

Temporary faculty (Lecturer) appointments are eligible for accrued sick time. Sick time is earned on a prorated basis, and is calculated at 24 hours of accrued sick time per academic term for full-time (100%) appointments or a combination of appointments during the same term of employment.

A combination of appointments of 50% or above for a semester may be eligible for health benefits.

What We Require

A minimum of a Master’s Degree in the course material.

What You Will Need

Knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to be successful in the role.

Teaching experience or work equivalency to the course material.

What We Would Like You to Have

A PhD or private sector specialization in the course material
