Transfer Credits

You may consider completing some of your remaining requirements at another institution and transferring the credit, however please note that only CU Boulder course grades are calculated into your GPA. If you decide to take classes at another institution, make sure you check Transferology first to ensure the class will transfer to CU Boulder. If you are a College of Arts and Sciences student and do not see a class listed on Transferology, you should submit the Transfer Credit Preapproval Form before you register for the course. Once you have completed all course work at another institution, you must submit an official transcript to CU Boulder’s Office of Admissions. Students in the College of Engineering & Applied Science, Leeds School of Business, or in the College of Media, Communication, and Information need to go through the relevant college for preapproval.
