Enrollment Registration Form

Continuing Education offers two ways for ACCESS, CE Online Credit, and CE Evening Credit students to submit an enrollment application.

New Students, Former CU Boulder Graduates, and Nondegree Students

New students to the university, former CU Boulder students who have graduated, or nondegree students who have been away from the university for a year or more should complete and submit the Enrollment Application for Continuing Education.

Former CU Degree Students Who Have Not Completed Their Degree

If more than 12 months has passed since you enrolled in a CU Boulder course but you were previously admitted to a degree program at CU, you should fill out and submit our CE Readmission form. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your application.
