GPA Requirements to Avoid Dismissal
Most CU Boulder schools and colleges have a GPA requirement that suspended students must meet each semester while enrolled in Continuing Education classes. If you do not meet the semester GPA requirement, your college will place you on dismissal and you will no longer be eligible to enroll in Continuing Education classes during fall and spring semesters.
Summer is an exception to this rule. Dismissed students are still eligible for both Continuing Education and main campus Summer Session courses. You can use this opportunity to continue to raise your CU Boulder GPA and potentially return to campus to complete your degree.
