Financial Aid for Nondegree Students
Students who wish to take CU Boulder courses but are not currently admitted to a degree program at the university are classified as nondegree students. Nondegree students are only eligible for financial aid if they take courses for one of the following reasons:
- Necessary preparation for consideration of acceptance into a graduate program or second undergraduate program (requiring a departmental, graduate or pre-health advisor approval)
- Teacher Certification or Recertification (requiring an education advisor approval)
For detailed information on financial aid eligibility and required paperwork, visit CU Boulder’s Financial Aid website or email cefinaid@colorado.edu for more information.
