Tech Frontiers

Tech Frontiers provides short courses on contemporary engineering topics through the College of Engineering and Applied Science. Courses offer a mixture of classroom instruction and hands-on project experience guided by CU faculty experts. You’ll interact with faculty and fellow participants as you learn and apply emerging technologies and concepts.

Cybersecurity Bootcamp

At the University of Colorado Boulder Cybersecurity Bootcamp, we approach cybersecurity education through a holistic lens, equipping you with comprehensive fundamental knowledge of all the systems and platforms employers will expect you to work with. Designed for learners of all professional backgrounds, this part-time bootcamp utilizes the latest in education technology to provide a cutting-edge, online learning environment.

Classes are taught online by cybersecurity professionals working in the field, and learners gain real-world experience defending networks by practicing advanced defense methodologies within simulated scenarios. Hands-on learning translates to accelerated, deeper comprehension and command of cybersecurity tools and tactics, and ensures learners emerge fluent in the most up-to-date IT security tools, an impressive portfolio and the technical skills employers require.

Mini Law School

Mini Law School is a multi-week session designed for non-lawyers interested in learning more about relevant legal topics and getting a taste of law school. The curriculum is updated annually to reflect timely topics of interest to the community and all the presentations are given by renowned law faculty. Participants come from across the state, country, and abroad, and represent a wide variety of professions, experiences, and educational backgrounds.
