MUEL 2772 World Musics: Asia

Highlights music outside Western art tradition, using current ethnomusicological materials. Spring semester focuses on musical cultures of the Americas, Africa, and Europe; fall semester focuses on musical cultures of Asia and Oceania. May be repeated up to 6 total credit hours. Formerly EMUS 2772. Approved for arts and sciences core curriculum: human diversity.
