MATH 1021 Numerical and Analytical College Trigonometry
About the Course
MATH 1021 is a course designed for students with different mathematical needs. Trigonometry and its applications will be presented in this course where the prerequisites are no more than the completion of one year of high school algebra. However, the conscientious student should be able to complete this course without any special preparation. The 3rd edition of the textbook authored by Mark Dugopolski is published by Pearson’s Addison-Wesley, and it covers all the topics needed to complete the learning goals of this course.
The students enrolled in this self-paced course will need to access Pearson’s MyMathLab online component for completing and delivering the assignments, including the tests.
Each student is expected to complete the coursework within a period of six (6) months from the start of registration. Registration begins on a monthly basis and the student must access MyMathLab within that month in order to complete the coursework.
