Susan Ulrich

Susan is a CRM and data specialist for the Division of Continuing Education. She held CRM roles in the hospitality and technology verticals prior to joining CU’s OIT Team in 2016. She has over two decades of hands-on experience implementing best practice solutions, designing custom applications and supporting critical data integrations that ensure a maximum return on a CRM implementation. Always an advocate for her end users, Susan leads with a design approach of "less is more." She holds certifications in both Salesforce and Slate CRMs and was proud to be honored in 2024 for CU’s Women Who Make a Difference.
