Kristi Wasson

Kristi (she/her) is the assistant director of student success for the Division of Continuing Education, where she supports advising, coaching and student development initiatives. With 17 years of academic and career advising at CU Boulder and a decade of coaching experience, she brings a strengths-based, equity-centered approach to helping students and professionals align goals with values and talents. She has guided individuals and teams through leadership transitions, academic and career planning and organizational change, and is passionate about empowering others to maximize their potential. Kristi holds a BA in communication and education from Augustana College and an MA in communication from CU Boulder.
