Elisa Cripps

Dr. Elisa Cripps is the program director of the Post-Baccalaureate Health Professions program at CU Boulder, where she has supported aspiring health professionals since 2009. With a passion for empowering adult learners, she specializes in guiding students through the science prerequisites, meaningful experiences and complex application process for medical, dental, veterinary, PA and PT programs. She has successfully coached thousands of students to become competitive applicants. Dr. Cripps finds deep fulfillment in helping students reconnect with academic life and confidently pursue clinical careers that align with their purpose, compassion and desire to make a difference in healthcare.
