Carolyn Allen

In her current role as assistant director for special programs and communications, Carolyn oversees programs outside of the IEC’s core Intensive English Program, as well as managing the center’s messaging and marketing. Carolyn is passionate about helping individuals from other countries develop their language and professional skills, something she gets to do in her work with the Employees English Program for frontline workers of the university. Prior to her second career in English language instruction and administration, Carolyn worked in advertising sales and marketing, including positions at NBC and ABC television.
