Cailyn Craven

Cailyn Craven is a Program Manager at the University of Colorado Boulder focused on improving programs and experiences through curiosity, creativity, and practical problem-solving. Before entering higher education, she worked as an entrepreneur and consultant, bringing a user-centered approach to program development. Her connection to CU Boulder’s Computer Science Post-Bacc (CSPB) program began as a member of its first student cohort, and she later served as a computer science instructor. Drawing on her experiences as an entrepreneur, student, educator, and program manager, she works to enhance student experiences and strengthen programs that support their success.
