Blazey Heier (she/her), director of student services for the Division of Continuing Education, provides leadership for the advising, coaching and enrollment services teams. Blazey is passionate about supporting historically underserved students and helping students craft their unique academic journeys. Blazey and her teams have launched initiatives expanding access and creating a sense of belonging among student populations like adult learners, high school dual enrollment students and students struggling academically. Blazey holds a BA in Literature and Philosophy from Wichita State University (2008), an MA in Literature from CU Boulder (2010) and is pursuing a PhD in Higher Education Leadership at Colorado State University.
