Alex Rose

Dr. Alexandra (Alex) Rose is the education and outreach coordinator for the Niwot Ridge Long Term Ecological Research site (NWT LTER) and the McMurdo Dry Valleys LTER. She also works for CU Science Discovery running several programs for high school and middle school students and as Broader Impacts manager. She is passionate about science communication and engaging public audiences of all ages in scientific research. Alex holds a PhD in ecology and evolutionary biology, and has diverse professional experiences as a field biologist, grant manager and science educator.
